1. Returns

• Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged or have missing parts upon delivery. We do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind.

• Condition of Returns: Items returned must be in their original condition and packaging. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged (other than due to a manufacturing defect) will not be accepted. Incomplete, worn, or altered items, or those we reasonably believe have been used, will also not be eligible for return.

• Exclusions: Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty or defective and cannot be returned.

• Return Period: You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the item and report any damage or missing parts within 48 hours.

2. Refunds

• Inspection Process: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm the reported issue.

• Approval: If approved, a refund will be processed.

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Exchanges

• Eligibility: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be provided instead.
